This document constitutes a contractual agreement between you and Bomdrive Limited (Bompay). By engaging with our services, you implicitly agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Bompay service.

To utilize our service, you must register an account with accurate information. This includes providing a valid mobile phone number, agreeing to the creation of an account associated with that number, accepting the current terms, and submitting any additional information requested by Bompay to comply with regulatory/legal provisions. It is your responsibility to furnish true, accurate, and complete information during the account registration process.

As a user, you will receive a unique PIN for account security, and you are accountable for maintaining its confidentiality. Bompay disclaims any responsibility for compromises resulting from the disclosure of your details to third parties.

Bompay acts as a platform connecting users with third-party merchants offering goods and services. These merchants operate under their own terms and conditions, and any transactions with them are subject to their respective policies.

Payments for products and services are processed by third-party payment processors integrated into the Bompay service. By engaging in transactions, you authorize the relevant payment processors to handle your payments. Bompay does not process payments directly and is not responsible for any transactions.

Our commitment to privacy is paramount. Bompay takes the protection and security of user information seriously, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to the use of your data in accordance with this policy.

For product-related inquiries, users should contact the relevant merchant directly. Bompay can provide assistance but encourages direct communication between users and merchants for prompt resolution.

Users are prohibited from using the service for illegal activities, violating the rights of others, breaching laws, or disrupting service functionality. Bompay reserves the right to block accounts engaging in illegal activities.

Communication regarding your account or the service may be sent to you via various channels. Even if you choose to opt out of promotional messages, you may still receive service-related communications.

Bompay may terminate your access to the service or discontinue the service with due notice. The service is provided without warranties, and Bompay is not liable for any damages incurred from using the service.

Disputes are subject to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, governed by the laws of Nigeria. Bompay may modify these terms, and users are responsible for staying informed about any changes.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Bomdrive Limited, and no alterations are valid unless directed by Bompay. No relaxation or indulgence by Bompay shall be deemed a waiver of its rights. Each provision of this agreement is separable, and if any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
